One of the things so many people struggle with is mental health. It has plagued in our society for years. We can get through this one person at a time. Mental healing works to move past pain, traumas, etc if you allow it. Here’s a letter of encouragement when you’re going through it.

I battled understanding life for years. It is still an ongoing journey of continued learning. The understanding I believe is constantly growing along with time, growth, development, etc. There was a period when I didn’t know or understand much of things. I was just growing and going along w/ the flow, time, and life.
Through my experiences, I have learned to better understand life as living beings enjoying this time space and reality as it is all up to you, your intentions, and your beliefs.
Sometimes when you’re going through your situations, etc. It might seem like you can’t find a way, or anything, or anyone who can truly help or understand what you’re going through.
Sometimes, you might feel like you’re all alone and that’s ok. You’re not! Many people face this! It’s not easy, but, you can get through this.
I like seeing, knowing, hearing more people being happy, enjoying life, knowing how to handle things, finding solutions to their problems, healing, forgiving, supporting, etc. I could go on and on and on.
The good thing is, you can be right there. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, who you are, the color, how you’ve messed up, your circumstances, gender, or anything. As long as you’re willing and aware. You’ll find a way to get through your circumstances.

I’ve been down that road before. The road of unwanted situations. It wasn’t so easy as I had to get familiar with myself all over again. I don’t want to make it seem like it’s a walk in the park. For some, it might be more challenging than others. Maybe for others it will be easy. But once you get past the hurdle/s, it makes a difference and it feels so good. The key is don’t give up, keep on going.
One of the greatest things about human life is, we can change. We have the ability to always think and improve. We can actually better ourselves. We can forgive, let go, and heal ourselves in ways that helps create life more fulfilled with happiness, things that bring forth wholeness, peace, and pleasure.
By making choices with clarity, you get better at making feel good decisions. You may have to practice breaking habits of things like not being upset, being able to let things go, become less bothered by things, or even people. It takes practice, it’s something you can get better at through habit and time.
When you come into that oneness, you begin having that feel good place. It’s a place we’re you could develop greater respect for yourself, people or things, you become more understanding, you can develop more patience, become appreciative, and much more. It’s a journey and a process you work towards each day to change.
When I began my journey to heal, self improve, and etc. I was trying way too hard to find solutions to my circumstances. I use to do the same things over and over again and somehow, expect to achieve different results. This is when you need to get clear on your intentions and set goals or make plans to take action. It wasn’t until I realized in order to make the changes I desired for my life, I needed to make a shift in my mind and that’s all it took. It’s as simple as it sounds, it was a challenge to get there. From there, things aligns itself at the right time…Things become more clear, you’ll begin to unravel the knots and tangles that has been keeping you.
There was a period in my life where things felt odd. At the time, I knew no one who could relate or understand what I was dealing with or going through. I was in a period of heavy frustration and developed resentment.
But I needed those times to myself. I had to get clear with me and for me b/c, what I have found is. The only person who could make that difference, was me. The only person to blame was simply, just me.
I had to go head on with myself to greater the position and lifestyle I was dealing with.
What I have found is, limiting beliefs, doubt, and all negative opinions, feelings, etc really blocks you from being free mentally, spiritually, physically, emotionally, etc. It blocks you from living and enjoying life, being around the people you love and care about, being healthy, whole, and achieving your goals and/or dreams.
You have to become aware of your own beliefs and your own perspectives. Know what your dreams, hopes, and desires are. It doesn’t matter your age, how you look, or anything. It just has to align mind, body, and soul.
If you realize and know what needs to change. That’s where you begin. If you aren’t familiar with your needs, wants, or your desires, that’s ok. You may not be familiar with who you are, your desires, interests, likes, wants, and needs. Read my post: 10 Tips to Help Restart and Build Towards Your Future. Begin with being in the moment of things. Truly find sincerity in what you do, be present, and patient it will come. Be grateful, gratitude is absolutely a key to unlock feelings of appreciation and releases negativity.
You have to have an environment that will allow you to begin healing to feel healthy, whole, and free. However, you have to create it. Even if things aren’t making sense, especially if you don’t feel like it. You have to push yourself through. Give yourself a chance to get you going into the swing of things for development and etc. Shift your habits one step at a time. Adjust and change according to how you feel. Open up to allow yourself to receive signs and signals to follow.
I used to find reasons to do some of the things I did for years for many foolish reasons. I used to find it challenging to let go of certain habits, etc that were holding me back.

This is time revealing to you, it’s time to get uncomfortable. It’s time to stop all that you’re doing that’s holding you back. More than likely, you know what this is. More than likely it’s simply, just you.

This is time telling you to make clear for the greater person that’s built inside of you no matter who you are.
This is time telling you to let go of all the things that are controlling you. All the things that are holding down your inner man that has tried to weaken your gifts, talents, and abilities to grow.
This is time awakening you to grow. Grow into your higher self, grow to be more loving, more compassionate, ever caring than ever before, and etc. You will begin to see all that is your desires, your peace, and all that is for your good, and from there things will to follow.
