And-What My Fitness Journey Will Be About!
Fitness to me, is the overall well being and health of one’s self. That is also to me, that we should consider the balance of our minds, bodies, and soul. In the world we live in, fitness has become bogged down and undermined by so many distractions and sedentary lifestyles.
Not to mention the amount of good looking, great smelling foods we have all around us. To top it off, all we have to do is with a push from or finger tips. We can order online or call ahead to have a full meal ordered, prepared, ready, and delivered right at our door steps.
We have become overwhelmed by personal matters and forgotten how important it is to be to ourselves in healthy ways. We have lost track of our true purpose being here from within to live out as physical beings here on earth.
Over the last several years of my life I have accomplished key issues that we face with our health, fitness weight gain or weight loss, getting and staying into shape.
Like so many of us, somehow “life” got in the way and I fell off the wagon. I found myself making the time to make excuses about not making the time to get fit, exercise, and have proper nutrition. With so many fast food chains around, it makes cooking so difficult.
Since having my children, going through changes, and whatever excuses, problems, or situations. After getting myself in shape, active, and fit I slowly began to let myself go. I became less concerned with myself and my health.
There was a period where I really didn’t care much of what I felt like or looked like. I just strolled through life, trying to keep a float. Basically keep a float, keeping my head above the water. Basically, like caring for my little ones more than me, like putting things in front of me, and depleted the value worth of life for me.
What I have always appreciated about our human capabilities is, we can find ways to do better. So therefore, I’ve decided I’m going to take this time and opportunity to improve my health and share this journey with you. I’ll share tips, ideas, and suggestions along the way.
Some of you may be in need to improve your health too. You may not have the time, or be in a position to have a one on one session with trainers or experts. Or you may not have the resources established to have memberships and so.
I’m so grateful, excited, and happy to have such a time like this to use things like the internet, YouTube, and other outlets to be of help for us. I’d like to experience this journey dedicated to wholeness for an impact spiritually, mentally, and physically. I plan to share this journey with you. I really look forward and hope that the information will motivate, inspire or guide you to having a healthier lifestyle in areas you may need to. But let that be whatever way that is suitable for your needs, for you, and your highest good.
I am not a license expert, I have experienced long ago being overweight. B/c of that, I truly understand how it may feel to have no clue of what to do or where to start.
They’re a lot of personal trainers and fitness experts that are available to help you on a professional level to get you started with diets, nutrition plans, and exercise programs.
I have taken classes about nutrition that has been of great help to me to better understand foods. Not only that, I love reading, learning, and have been doing so about different foods, plants, etc and so on.
I also enjoy cooking and trying different recipes to recreate ingredients that substitute ingredients such as meats and treats for a healthier approach. Keep in mind, I always suggest for you to do your own personal research to be safe and sure for what things may work best for you.
I aim to have a variety of things to share. Maybe along the lines to have some tailor-made work-out routines with different levels of intensity from beginners to grow into more challenged levels.
I plan to use workout regimes from videos that I personally enjoy doing that are fun and works throughout the body.
Remember, I am NOT a licensed professional. This is primarily for me and what has worked proven for me. I am using this to share for you to use as educational purposes ONLY. I highly recommend you to consult with a physician or licensed professional for advice, medical related tips, or questions. This is to achieve healthy desires for the mind, body, and soul to live and feel our best.
During this journey, I will work out as little as 10mins for something short on the go, some 30mins or an hour length. It all depends. There will be a mixture of stretching, cardio, body sculpting, and strength training work-outs. I’m planning to go with the nutritional guidelines that is 80% of what you eat is effective to losing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Where as physical activity is the remaining 20%. I look forward to this journey of getting fit, being healthy, mind, body, and soul.
Learning, developing, and achieving a BALANCED and healthy lifestyle eating well, getting rest, and doing different work-outs per week. This is a state for mind-set shift. Something to instill knowing for yourself. So get ready, set, go achieve your fitness goals or dreams. I’ll start off slow and plan to be realistic. Keep positive and keep going.

Now we can both put our desires and awareness into effect and create the life we want to live. I’m glad to have another being ready to fulfill their dreams.
